how to shop/order

To make your purchase,

Simply click on the Buy now! button, and it will take you to the checkout page. Check carefully with the items in the cart, amend (with the RECALCULATE button) if necessary, and click on GO TO PAYMENTS, follow the instructions in order to place and pay your order.

Please e-mail to us, belibala@hotmail.co.uk

a) your name,
b) your contact details,
c) the code number and the number of the item you wish to purchase
d) anything you wish to discuss

Once the e-mail is recieved, stocks will be checked if the items you wish to purchase are avaliable, and an e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours to give you more details regarding payment, delievery and confirmation.

Alternatively, you can add belibala@hotmail.co.uk to MSN, for any questions/enquiries.

After each order is placed, it will be dealt with within 5-7 working days.

FAQs

Regarding Stocks:

We only hold very limited stock for each item, usually we have 2 -3 in stock for each item, however, we will only have one in stock for some of the items. So please if you see anything you like, do not wait, it may be gone the next day you come back.

Exchange & Refund

Please note that only faulty and unwore items can be exhanged or refunded. Please e-mail belibala@hotmail.co.uk within 5 days of recieving your products to tell us the problems of your products and please attach a photo of the faulty items. And we will contact you as soon as possible, it should usually be within 24hours.

Please also note that all the photos are taken from the actual products. The actual colour of each product may appear slightly different from the photo due to the camera and lighting when the photos are taken.

All the things which appear in the photo, other than the product mentioned in the caption is not for sale, the other items in the background or next to the product are used for decoration purposes only.
